  1. I agree that busy professionals have no time to prepare healthy meals. I think it’s not the cooking part, but the research & planning that is stressful. Going to the grocery store 3x a week to grab something quick have become a norm for working professionals. It takes effort to find recipes and make a menu for the week, but even then you may end up with a lot of wasted food.

    I think the best way to eat healthy and make cooking easy is to choose recipes for the week that use the same ingredients throughout the week. When you pick one recipe, think of another recipe that can include a bunch of the same ingredients. That way grocery shopping becomes easier and you don’t end up with a lot of food waste.
