Spirulina is considered to be a superfood. It is a good source of vitamin B12, and it makes your feel energetic and good. Although spirulina by itself does not taste great, making a spirulina smoothie with the following ingredients is a better way to enjoy this superfood.
Ingredients
- 3 small (or 2 large) grapefruits
- 3 limes
- 1 T of spirulina
- Stevia to taste
Preparation
1) Juice grapefruit and limes.
2) Stir in spirulina and stevia to taste.
