Thanks for these great tips for the health benefits of cardamom.  I know that apart from keeping the breath fresh, cardamom (especially the green one) will help fight infections of the gums, teeth and even the throat.  It is also known to be a natural remedy for serious respiratory and pulmonary conditions, such as bronchitis, tuberculosis and other lung and airway problems.
