  1. You forgot the BEST and HEALTHIEST form of tea and that is right from its source. Freeze a whole lemon with peel, grate it with a fine hand grater, dump the frozen slush in a large coffee cup. Add hot water and sweeten with honey. Sugar will do if there’s no honey. Take this once a day and you’ll probably never get sick. EASY and FAST and tastes very good.

    • I’m preparing my lemon tea the same way as Ken.Although I have a sweet tooth I find it not too bitter without honey or sugar. The main objective is to get the rind inside you!
